​Johnny on the Spot, LLC has officially stepped into a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The portable restroom provider, which is owned by United Site Services, is seeking court supervision to restructure its debt while continuing operations.

The New Jersey-based business filed its petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, latest data by PACER says. The filing was submitted as a voluntary petition.

The company is being represented by attorney Michael D. Sirota of Cole Schotz P.C. Judge Michael B Kaplan is supervising the case filed by the United Site Services-owned business.
