Red Bull is bringing back one of its classic seasonal flavors as a permanent menu offering. The beverage company has officially added Red Bull Apple Edition to its U.S. Editions lineup.
Fuji Apple & Ginger Returns Permanently
According to PR Newswire, the flavor formerly known as Red Bull Winter Edition Fuji Apple & Ginger became available at U.S. retailers on August 31, 2026.
The drink combines Fuji apple flavor with a hint of ginger. Previously available as a limited-time Winter Edition flavor, it is now part of Red Bull’s permanent Editions lineup in the U.S.
The new can features a red-to-yellow design similar to the previous Winter Edition packaging.
Sizes and Availability
The news release shows that the drink is available at nationwide retail locations in 8.4 fl oz and 12 fl oz individual cans. Fans can also find the item in 12 fl oz four-packs.
The drink contains the same functional ingredients as Red Bull Energy Drink but the flavors are different. The 8.4 fl oz can contains 80 mg of caffeine.
As of now, the Fuji Apple & Ginger flavor is available only with sugar in the U.S.
Available in 178 countries, Red Bull Energy Drink sold more than 13.9 billion cans in 2025, according to the press release. The drink contains 80 mg of caffeine per 8.4 fl oz can, about the same as a cup of home-brewed coffee.
The flavor’s return was previously reported in May, when WhatNow cited social media account Snach With Zach, which reported that Red Bull’s Fuji Apple & Ginger could return as a permanent offering on August 31. At the time, Red Bull had not officially confirmed the report. The rumored return has now been confirmed, with the flavor coming back as the permanent Red Bull Apple Edition.
With the latest flavor now part of its permanent lineup, Red Bull is giving fans nationwide a chance to enjoy the seasonal favorite for the entire year.
