KFC is adding a new dipping sauce as part of its recent menu rollout. The Hot Ranch Big Dip is available nationwide across participating restaurants for a limited time. The launch coincides with the return of Double Crispy Hot Wings and a new campaign featuring streamer IShowSpeed.
KFC Expands Menu with Hot Ranch Big Dip
According to PR Newswire, the newest addition offers a mix of creamy and tangy ranch, with the flavors of herbs and garlic. The dipping sauce also features the taste of chili pepper for a spicy finish to meals.
Customers can order the new dip alongside the returning Double Crispy Hot Wings.
KFC U.S. Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Cash said the company tested several versions of the product before settling on the current one. The newly launched Hot Ranch Big Dip presents a balance of creamy, tangy ranch, and heat. She added that the company made the Hot Ranch Big Dip twice the size.
The company is positioning the larger portion as an option for dipping, dunking, and drizzling over its menu items. The press release cited Datassential research showing that 75% of consumers like or love ranch, while 44% eat it weekly.
Customers can order the Hot Ranch Big Dip in several menu options:
- Double Crispy Box Meal With Wings and Sandwich – Includes three Double Crispy Hot Wings, a 4-ounce Hot Ranch Big Dip, wedges, and a KFC Chicken Sandwich. A medium drink is available as well.
- Double Crispy Box Meal With Wings and Tenders – This option comes with three Double Crispy Hot Wings, wedges, a 4-ounce Hot Ranch Big Dip, three Original Recipe Tenders, and a medium drink.
- Hot Ranch Loaded Wedges – Through this option, the company is serving its crispy wedges topped with six pickle slices and Hot Ranch.
- Hot Ranch Big Dip – The 4-ounce sauce is also available individually for customers who want to add it to their order.

IShowSpeed Joins the New Campaign
To promote the new dip, KFC has teamed up with IShowSpeed. As a fan of the chain, the streamer has publicly shown his appreciation over the years, including visiting KFC while traveling internationally.
As part of the recent collaboration, IShowSpeed appears in the chain’s 60-second commercial focused on “Hot Ranch.”
The chain’s additional campaigns and opportunities for fans to participate with IShowSpeed are expected later this fall.
