Several brands across the U.S. are releasing summer menu items, and Whataburger is the latest on the list. The restaurant chain is adding two summer drinks to its menu. The offerings are inspired by fresh summer peaches and will be available starting July 21.
According to the official announcement, the two beverages are named Summer Peach Whatafresher and Peaches & Cream Shake. They will be available on the menu for a limited time, while supplies last. The drinks will expand the brand’s summer menu and will be available at participating Whataburger locations only.
James Sanchez, Whataburger’s Corporate Executive Chef, said the new beverages were designed to offer customers two different ways to enjoy peach flavor this summer.
“There’s something about peach that tastes like summer itself — sunshine, road trips, the whole season in one sip. And because a little extra is just how we do things, we gave peach two lives this summer — a light, breezy Whatafresher for the quick cool-down, and a rich Peaches & Cream Shake for the indulgent treat”, said James Sanchez.

The Summer Peach Whatafresher is an iced beverage made with real freeze-dried peach fruit. It is made with real freeze-dried peach fruit, offering a light and fruity option for hot summer days. It’s priced at $3.69 for a 16-ounce size and $3.99 for a 20-ounce size.
The second item, Peaches & Cream Shake, is a rich and smooth dessert-style drink. It combines sweet peach flavor with creamy vanilla ice cream. It is available in 16-ounce, 20-ounce, and 32-ounce sizes with prices starting at $3.49.
