Old food residues were seen accumulated on the food presser component and the underside of the blade of the unused deli slicer. The report also noted the accumulation of a green residue on the inside of the ice chute at the soda station.

Dead cockroaches were observed on the floor in the corners behind the soda station at the front counter, under the fryer, cooking equipment at the cook’s line, and on the floor in the restroom. An egg case was found on the floor beneath the grill top at the cook’s line.
The eatery was instructed to seal cracks and crevices along the base cove, walls, and ceiling tiles, and remove all clutter and cardboard to eliminate harborage sites. Inspectors noted missing labels on squeeze-bottle food containers at the cook’s line.
Inspectors found no quaternary ammonium test strips on site. The health inspectors observed gaps and holes in the metal panel where the soda lines extend to the left of the cook’s line. There were gaps in the metal panel of the electrical outlet box next to the soda station.
The report noted that the accumulation of food debris was observed in multiple areas throughout the facility, including under the cold top 2-door reach-in coolers, beneath the 3-door upright cooler and freezer, around the floor sink below the 3-compartment sink, and under the dry storage and utensil racks.
