907 Pizza will be coming to Fullerton. According to current owner Mike Hanna, a build out is underway for the space at 907 W Orangethorpe Ave.
The 870 square foot location is a part of a small complex Hanna has developed on Orangethorpe, where he also owns and operates La Casa, a Mexican restaurant, which is just next door. It opened just a few months ago. While La Casa is a sit down affair stocked with a full bar, he envisions 907 Pizza as more of a to-go service concept, with kitchen capabilities to sling chicken wings as well as hot, fresh pizza pies.
However, plans at 907 Pizza are not totally set in stone. Hanna has intimated to What Now Orange County that he has plans to sell the restaurant, while still maintaining ownership of the property. He’s yet to close a deal, but he hopes to do so before the concept opens, although when that will be, exactly, remains unclear.
