Good Choice Sushi by the Sea will be moving its location in Capo Beach soon, according to Capo Cares. However, the business will not be going far, with reports saying it is just swapping units in the same building, the Capistrano Surf Center, at 34700 Pacific Coast Hwy.
While the business currently occupies Suite 106 at the address, it will be moving to another undisclosed unit. The switch-up is planned to accommodate a new Hawaiian restaurant, Ohana Room, which will be opening next to Sunsets Bar.
The Good Choice Sushi brand began in 1996, with its flagship location in Laguna Niguel opening, Voyage LA reports. In 2012, the owner’s daughter Michelle took over the family business, and she expanded it to include the Capo Beach “by the Sea” version in 2015.
Menu highlights include creative rolls like the Money Hand Roll, Mokkori Hand Roll, Lemi Hand Roll, and 8-Piece Dragon Roll, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily, and offers takeout and delivery options.
