Starbucks will open another location at 27360 Alicia Parkway in Laguna Niguel, according to intel obtained by What Now Orange County.
It appears the 2,214-square-foot branch will debut sometime this fall, with a predicted occupancy date of October.
The building appears to have formerly been home to Coco’s Family Restaurant.
