Anaheim Hills Festival Announces Egg Tuck’s First Orange County Location Alongside Two Other Exciting New Dining Concepts

Anaheim Hills Festival announced the first Orange County location of the breakfast sandwich concept Egg Tuck will open at the center on Tuesday, February 25. Egg Tuck joins other new dining concepts at the center including Story Bar + Kitchen which is now open, and Nothing Bundt Cakes, which is slated to open later this year.

The LA-based concept, Egg Tuck, serves egg sandwiches and burritos alongside in-house brewed coffee, fluffy egg tots, fries and other specialty sides. Each sandwich is crafted with Egg Tuck’s signature soft scrambled eggs served on fresh brioche buns. Egg Tuck will open next to T-Mobile at Anaheim Hills Festival (8150 E Santa Ana Canyon Road). Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Under the creative culinary direction of Executive Chef Christy Gray, Story Bar + Kitchen’s menus focus on community and togetherness with a selection of elevated comfort food presented as shareable plates. The restaurant also offers weekend brunch with a mix of elevated takes on brunch favorites, benedicts and skillet scrambles. Brunch cocktails showcase unique spins on classics, with mimosa offerings featuring Strawberry Thai Basil, Cucumber Lavender and Hibiscus Pineapple to complement champagne. Story Kitchen + Bar is now open daily at Anaheim Hills Festival (8150 E Santa Ana Canyon Road). Current hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Happy Hour is offered Sunday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the bar.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is set to open at Anaheim Hills Festival in 2025. Since its founding in 1997 by Dena Tripp and Debra Shwetz, Nothing Bundt Cakes has over 600 locations. Bundt Cakes are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate gatherings both large and small, from bite-sized Bundtinis to miniature Bundtlets, to full-sized 8″ and 10″ cakes and even tiered cakes. In addition to Bundt Cakes, the bakeries feature an assortment of artfully designed gifts and decorations.
