Angelica’s Table Restaurant, a new dining concept, is getting ready to open in Yorba Linda at 18246 Imperial Hwy.

The new restaurant will replace Versai Kitchen & Wine Bar, according to a recently submitted liquor license application. While an exact opening date has not been announced, owner Israel Gonzalez tells What Now Orange County that he and co-owner Delia Gonzalez are targeting the beginning of April.

Not much is known about the new restaurant’s menu or offerings at this time. This will be the Gonzalez family’s first venture in Orange County. While little is known about this concept, it is unrelated to Angelica’s, a family-owned California-Latin restaurant in Redwood City.

The Yorba Linda Station shopping center, near the Yorba Linda Town Center, is an ideal location for this restaurant. Its location in a busy retail hub makes it a convenient spot for diners in the area, with ample parking and foot traffic. The space provides an opportunity to introduce their concept to a well-established local audience.
