A local pizza joint is adding another location to its list. Bricks and Birch, a wood-fired pizza restaurant, is opening a shop at 1393 University Ave. Ste 101 in Riverside, according to records.
The business applied for a liquor license earlier this month, and the status is listed as “pending.” Bottles of wine will be available for purchase alongside dinner.
This will be the third location for Bricks and Birch, which already has spaces in the downtown areas of Riverside and Redlands. It’s not too far from the existing Riverside location, and is down the street from the University of California, Riverside.
With wood-fired brick oven pizza, breakfast and pastries, fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, the menu at Bricks and Birch offers something for everyone. The eatery also has coffee and teas.
