A historic 1950s motel and motor court in Riverside is getting a modern makeover as a marketplace featuring restaurants, retail, and live entertainment. One of the expected vendors at the Farm House Collective will be Bar Ni Modo, the SB Sun reports.

Bar Ni Modo is a new cocktail and small plates concept developed in collaboration with Arcade Coffee Roasters. A limited menu is being tested out at the downtown Riverside location.

On Facebook, the business teased that it will be a “cocktail and small bites bar”. “No off-menu items, so come prepared to try something new,” it states.

Set to open this fall at 1393 University Ave., the Farm House Collective has been a labor of love for a local developer family. It has a preserved mid-century charm, including the iconic neon barn sign.
