608 Dahlia is Closing Down Its Operations at Newport Beach
Since opening, 608 Dahlia has offered guests a serene garden setting paired with creative, seasonal dishes inspired by nature. Located within Sherman Library & Gardens in Corona del Mar, the restaurant features a dynamic, garden-inspired seasonal menu.
The restaurant closed after its lease ended on October 26.
Executive chef Jessica Roy shared a message on the restaurant’s Instagram page, expressing gratitude, support, and love for the community, saying, “This chapter has been one of growth, creativity, and unforgettable memories”.
As the 608 Dahlia has come to a closure at Sherman Library & Gardens, this is not a final goodbye but a start of something new. Chef Jessica Roy has revealed that there is a new restaurant opening by her in Sunset Beach, bringing the same garden-to-table experience back for the community.
