Blue Hummingbird Coffee is opening its fifth OC location at Irvine Company Office Properties’ Jamboree Center and is holding its Grand Opening on Wednesday, December 3rd, all day long, at 1 Park Plaza, Suite 165, Irvine.
The new location offers signature handcrafted drinks, from the seasonal Cinnamon Roll Latte to its signature Blue Hummingbird Latte (house-made pandan syrup with blue spirulina superfood) and an extensive breakfast and lunch menu featuring fresh pastries to hearty breakfast burritos to delicious classics like the turkey bacon club sandwiches and a bacon cheeseburger.
At the grand opening, in the spirit of the Season of Giving, each attendee can bring at least one canned food item to support Families Forward’s Food Pantry to receive 20% off their order and enter a raffle. Raffle prizes include the opportunity at a chance to win a $25 Blue Hummingbird gift card, a Fellow Aiden coffee maker to the “Blue Ticket” grand prize awarding the winner a 25% discount across all 2026 purchases at any Blue Hummingbird location.
