Records from Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division show Bootlegger’s Brewery has received approval for its on-site food truck. The venue, which is located at 130 S Highland Ave. in Fullerton, offers options for hungry customers.
The company did not respond to What Now Media’s initial request for comment about food offerings, but recent posts show new additions available at the brewery include a Cubano Sandwich and a Chicken Pesto Sandwich.
Bootlegger’s was founded in 2008 by Aaron Barkenhagen and has evolved from a one-person operation to one of the largest in Orange County. The brand has an ethos of “DRINK FRESH, DRINK LOCAL” and has established venues in Fullerton and Costa Mesa.
The brewery’s lineup features year-round signatures such as El Chango, Thai Tea Far Out IPA, Knuckle Sandwich, Golden Chaos, Old World Hefeweizen, and Palomino Pale Ale.
