Fans of the Hawaiian BBQ-inspired California cuisine at Shootz, located in Stanton’s Rodeo Public Market, will soon have a new weekend breakfast destination in San Juan Capistrano. Breezy is coming soon to 31761 Camino Capistrano, where it will take over the former Ramen Shack.

Where Shootz excels at creating dishes with an Islander bent, Breezy will achieve the same level of flair with an added touch of Filipino flavors. Expect dishes such as Ube and Toasted Coconut French Toast, as well as breakfast platters with Longanisa, a Filipino sweet sausage, according to The Orange County Register.

While an official opening date has not been announced, Breezy is suspected to open sometime this fall. They are currently hiring for front- and back-of-house positions. Representatives for Breezy could not be reached for comment.
