Better Buzz Coffee is one of a number of new QSR chains that have development plans in San Jacinto. Action Eye News announced that the java business will be opening a new location in the city, at the address 1580 S San Jacinto Ave.

City manager Robert Johnson shared details about the project in an SJ Live update this week. He confirmed the corporation is coming to town and that it has purchased the Habit Burger Grill location, which opened in 2022.

“Sorry for all of you Habit Burger fans — including myself — but they decided to close as a business decision, and they’ve sold their assets and their building. Better Buzz has purchased that, and they will be meeting with staff to discuss the transition plan in the very near future,” he divulged.

In addition to the coffee company, other upcoming tenants for the city have been teased. The city reported that In-N-Out Burger recently purchased a site and submitted a pre-application, and that Mexican chain Pollo Campero will be opening near the future Better Buzz.
