Nestled within the tranquil surroundings of Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, Cafe Azuli will be a vibrant addition to the property. The cafe will offer fare to patrons of the 39405 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. facility.

The resort has been undergoing a transformative journey under the leadership of General Manager Jeroen Strack, according to IE Biz Journal. Murrieta Hot Springs Resort originally was opened in 1902.

Cafe Azuli will be a “poolside dining oasis” where guests can indulge in culinary delights from Executive Chef Matthew Steffen. The menu will consist of locally sourced, nutrient-rich foods that celebrate California cuisine and the wellness ethos of the business.

Aptly situated between Los Angeles and San Diego, Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is a sought-after destination for relaxation and rejuvenation. The property has over 50 pools, a spa, and a fitness center on its 46-acre site.
