China Fusion Restaurant is preparing to open a new location in Winchester, marking its continued growth in Southern California. According to county permits, another outlet of the popular chain is in the works at the address 30972 Benton Rd.
The new site will feature approximately 1,800 square feet of space, states a tenant improvement permit that was applied for in late May. It’s a project that’s valued at approximately $210,000. Not many other details are available at this time, and the company did not return requests for comment.
Owned and operated by Jiamin Wang, China Fusion has several other established restaurants in the region, including two in Oceanside, one in Carlsbad, and one in Corona. Wang is also listed on business records as the operator of China One Tasty Inc. in nearby Wildomar.
China Fusion specializes in a blend of traditional and contemporary Chinese cuisine. Its menu features appetizers like Vegetable Egg Rolls and Cream Cheese Wontons, chef’s specials such as Dragon & Phoenix and Honey Walnut Shrimp, and classic entrees like Orange Chicken and Beef Chow Fun. The business offers catering services to the general area, as well as pickup and delivery.
