Moge Tee, a pan-Asian tea shop with roots in mainland China going back to 2012, will open its second Orange County storefront at 18591 Goldenwest St in Huntington Beach, according to a commercial alteration permit recently filed with the city.

The franchisee of Moge Tee Goldenwest did not return a request for comment.

According to Moge Tee’s website, as of 2020 the brand was operating more than 380 stores across mainland China, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia, and was on course to add another dozen or so US locations to its portfolio of more than 64 by the end of last year.

Moge Tee’s menu, meanwhile, features a reliable slate of beverage options from around the region, including Milk Tea, Cheese Foam Tea, Fruit Tea Slush, Milk Swirl Bubble Tea, Uji Matcha, Cheese Foam Fruit Pomelo Coffee, and more.

It’s all part and parcel of the company’s mission to “break cultural boundaries and change perceptions about a beverage traditionally consumed by the older generation.”
