As the much-anticipated Cathedral Cove Center plaza is under development, announcements have been made regarding which businesses will be moving in. KESQ reports that one confirmed tenant at the CA-111 & Date Palm Dr. center is Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Nestled on a 13.5-acre lot, this new retail strip is a 20 million project positioned strategically along Highway 111. Chipotle will be one of the anchors of Cathedral Cove plaza, along with Starbucks and other well-known chains.

Known for its commitment to fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients, Chipotle is a pioneer in the fast-casual dining scene. The brand offers crave-worthy burritos and tacos to customizable bowls, online ordering and delivery services.

The company has over 3,100 stores throughout the U.S. and has grown to a $8.63 billion business. This year, the chain’s goal is to open approximately 300 more locations and hit $11 billion in revenue.
