Chubby Cattle, the Asian dining brand, is coming to Irvine, the brand’s website states. The restaurant is part of a growing empire redefining hotpot, shabu-shabu, and yakiniku dining experiences that offer a delicious, personalized experience for patrons.

The company opened its first location in Las Vegas in 2014. Since then, the brand has grown to include 30 locations nationwide, with plans to reach 40 by the end of 2024 and 60 by 2025. Chubby Cattle is part of the Chubby Group, which also manages other dining concepts, including Niku X and Chubby Curry.

Chubby Cattle delivers a unique dining experience by combining high-quality, farm-to-table ingredients with innovative features. The restaurant sources premium beef, including A5 Wagyu and Tomahawk steak, directly from its own ranches. A futuristic environment, it has robotic servers, 5D projection dining rooms, and conveyor belt food delivery systems.

Guests at the Irvine location can choose from three all-you-can-eat tiers—Silver, Gold, and Diamond—featuring an extensive selection of meats, sushi, vegetables, seafood, desserts, and beverages like milk tea and soft-serve ice cream.
