Coach’s Mediterranean Grill, a beloved local restaurant that’s been serving downtown Huntington Beach for three decades, is expanding. The business filed an application with the city revealing plans for a second spot at an undisclosed address.

On February 5, a conditional use permit was applied for, seeking permission for “a new Coach’s Mediterranean Grill & Bar for the sale of full alcohol, live entertainment and dancing”. It states the business will also host special events, private parties, and small weddings.

The company is requesting that the new location be open seven days a week from  7 AM to 1 AM. Like the original location, on Main St. in downtown, it will likely offer take-out or delivery options as well.

Coach’s Mediterranean Grill was founded in 1994 and has long been a staple in the community. From traditional gyros, hummus, and kabobs to seafood and pasta, every dish is a celebration of authentic flavors meticulously crafted by Chef Murat Koc and his culinary team.
