Cornerstone BBQ, a Texas-style barbecue restaurant, is gearing up to open its newest location inside the Redlands Public Market, at 330 3rd St. According to the culinary center’s site, the brand is joining the list of tenants offering yummy food and drinks to patrons.

Founded in 2023, Cornerstone BBQ has quickly gained a reputation for its slow-smoked meats, hearty sides, and commitment to high-quality ingredients. The restaurant specializes in brisket, tri-tip, pulled pork, ribs, and jalapeño cheddar sausage, among other barbecue staples. Popular side dishes include mac and cheese, coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, and brisket-baked beans.

The expansion marks the restaurant’s third location, following its original establishments in Beaumont and one on Vine St. in Redlands. In an Instagram post teasing the pending business, owner Anthony Colindres said this new spot will feature exclusive menu items, including dry-aged meats, dry-aged cheeses, and charcuterie boards.

In addition to its locations, Cornerstone BBQ offers extensive catering services, providing delivery and onsite buffet-style options, its website advertises. Catering packages range from $25.99 to $41.39 per person, with options for smoked meats, sides, and table service.
