Einstein Bros. Bagels is expanding its Southern California footprint with a new location at 1577 S. Harbor Blvd. The chain’s first store in Fullerton was announced this week, in conjunction with several other expected outposts across the country.
The shop was listed as “upcoming” alongside Monterey Park, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, two in Florida, two in Texas, and one in Ohio. It will be a new corporate-owned location, located inside the Fullerton Metrocenter plaza, which is anchored by Target. It’s right off the 91 freeway and just down the road from bustling downtown Fullerton.
When doors open, customers can expect the brand’s familiar fast-casual breakfast and lunch menu, featuring fresh-baked bagels, cream cheese shmears, egg sandwiches, and coffee. Dine-in, catering, and takeout service will be available at the establishment, its website advertises.
Einstein Bros. Bagels was founded in 1995 in Colorado and has grown to have 700 units in 40 states. Part of Bagel Brands, a subsidiary of Panera Brands, its sister companies include Bruegger’s Bagels, Manhattan Bagel, and Noah’s NY Bagels.
