PCH Grill and Surfside Lounge — two recently-closed Disney Paradise Pier Hotel concepts — seem to be making a comeback soon.

A construction permit associated with the address — 1717 Disneyland Drive —  describes the 23,300-square-foot first floor undergoing a remodel at the lobby/reception, cafe, and retail area.

Additionally, the plan spells out a back-of-house staff area and restroom remodel as well as the 12,700-square-foot second-floor fitness center, concierge lounge, atrium, and restrooms receiving attention.

The Head of Disney Paradise Pier Hotel, Ron Silagyi, was unable to provide details about the incoming venues.

The hotel’s concierge told What Now Orange County that the hotel is currently undergoing construction to debut a number of new dining concepts.
