Currently in the works at Downtown Disney is a new bar concept called Céntrico. The chic cocktail spot will occupy the former Catal and the Uva Bar space at 1580 Disneyland Dr., according to Disney Geek.

The blog recently posted photos documenting the progress being made at the site. They show a busy construction zone as the business readies for a spring 2024 opening date, according to its website.

Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán is at the help of the concept, which is a sister venture to Paseo restaurant. Céntrico’s al fresco cantina will offer a spectrum of tequila-infused cocktails and a Mexican-inspired small plate menu.

The hospitality group behind the ventures is Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group. The business owns several other concepts at Downtown Disney, including Ristorante E Pizzeria and Tortilla Jo’s.
