The city of Garden Grove eagerly awaits the grand opening of Dutch Bros Coffee at 13831 Brookhurst St – Pad A. Leasing comp records show the company is debuting in the city for the first time.

At the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Westminster Avenue, this new Dutch Bros is situated within an existing commercial shopping center. It will be a 950-square-foot space with dual drive-through lanes, a walk-up window, a patio, and outdoor seating.

A Transportation Impact Study found that the coffee shop will bring approximately 86 new vehicles to the shopping center daily. Originally the pad was slated to become a bank.

The brand, inspired by the founders’ Dutch heritage and dairy farming background, experimented with making coffee in a barn before starting the company in 1992. It is a publicly traded company known for friendly employees and a laid-back vibe.
