Eight Turn Crepe Expands to Seal Beach

Eight Turn Crepe, an innovative Japanese fast-casual creperie chain, is making its mark in Seal Beach, according to construction documents. A new location is in the works at 12151 Seal Beach Blvd. Suite B1, at Shops at Rossmoor retail hub.

Lease documents state that Eight Turn Crepe’s Seal Beach location will be operated by Blissful Plate LLC. The franchisee is listed as Vijayakumar A.  This new location is approximately 1,320 square feet, in between Supercuts and Rossmoor Cleaners, the Shops at Rossmoor’s website shows

Vijay told What Now OC he has been a proud resident of Seal Beach for over 10 years, and is a dad and a dedicated healthcare professional with dual master’s degrees. He’s a foodie who “loves exploring diverse ethnic cuisines at local restaurants, celebrating the rich cultural tapestry of the area.”

Founded in 2013 in New York City’s Soho neighborhood, Eight Turn Crepe has rapidly expanded its footprint across the U.S. The concept specializes in signature gluten-free rice flour crepes, available in both sweet and savory varieties, making them a delicious option for lunch, dinner, or dessert.
