Electric Pickle: New Eatertainment Destination

Electric Pickle is set to bring an exciting new dining and entertainment experience to Rancho Cucamonga. City development records reveal that the emerging brand is working on a nearly 15,000-square-foot venue near E 4th St and The Resort Pkwy that combines food, drinks, and pickleball.

This Rancho Cucamonga location is part of Electric Pickle’s wider expansion strategy, which includes new sites planned for markets such as Roseville, Las Vegas, and Katy, Texas. The development is spearheaded by Eureka! Restaurant Group, Restaurant Hospitality reports.

Brick & West Design, W West Equipment, CPDC, Morton PitaloAgriscaping, Greige Goods Studio, CBC Technical, and CSI Illumination are all listed as part of the project. The designer’s website states there will be indoor and outdoor dining, two bars, a pro shop, ten pickle ball courts, outdoor pits and seating areas, bocce ball courts, and a lawn with an outdoor stage for music performances.

There is an extensive menu at Electric Pickle, with featured items like crispy pot stickers, pork sliders, sushi rolls, BBQ chicken pizza, spicy fried chicken sandwich, salads, bowls, chicken and waffles, avocado toast, tacos, and nachos. Sundays and Mondays have a $25 pizza and beer deal.
