Eureka! is serving up more craft burgers and beverages at a new restaurant coming soon to Orange County. Look out for it at 26541 Aliso Creek Road in the Commons at Aliso Viejo off SR-73 next year.
The California chain recently applied for their ABC license at this address in anticipation of what will be a spring 2023 opening, according to their website. They will be taking over the former Panera Bread that was next to Trader Joe’s.
Known for their scratch kitchen, Eureka!’s menu includes house-made appetizers, gourmet burgers, signature plates, and innovative salads that are all created with locally sourced products and cooked to order. Their exceptional beverage program features 100-percent American craft beer and small batch whiskey, plus cocktails made with highest-quality artisan ingredients.
Founded in 2009 out of Hawthorne, California, Eureka! aims to create an energetic environment fueled by the cities that they enter. They value Energy, Discovery, and Community, which is why they focus on opening locations in up-and-coming urban markets.
With Aliso Viejo ranked among one of the “Top 25 Towns to Live Well” by Forbes in 2009, as well as one of the top five safest cities in California, it’s no surprise why more people are choosing to move into this community. Additionally, with Aliso Viejo’s award-winning schools and burgeoning retail, dining and entertainment, it’s easy to see why Eureka! would want to be part of the action.
