In the heart of Laguna Beach, Evan’s Gourmet Bistro will open at 860 Glenneyre St. The concept is the permanent restaurant offshoot of Evan’s Gourmet, according to the business website.
Founded by Chef Evan Lewis, who has three-plus decades of culinary experience, the restaurant promises a unique fusion of flavors, as well as beer and wine. A liquor license was granted to the company recently.
Evan’s Gourmet Bistro will operate on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5-9 PM, Fridays and Saturdays from 5-10 PM, and on Sundays for brunch from 11 AM to 3 PM. The menu features appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees like steak, chicken, and sea bass.
Part of the Sawdust Art Festival since 2015 and a staple for the South County catering community, Evan’s Gourmet has long been an integral part of weddings, corporate events, and fun gatherings in the area.
