Fufu’s Mideast Grill, a family-owned Lebanese eatery, is set to open a new location at the Redlands Public Market — 330 3rd St. The market is housed in the historic 1906 Mutual Orange Distributors Packing House and will host a variety of vendors, its website shows.
While the center held a preview event where patrons got to try out some of the new cuisines, an official opening date has yet to be announced, the SB Sun reports.
At Fufu’s Mideast Grill, there is a diverse menu featuring traditional Lebanese dishes made from top-quality ingredients. Offerings include plates such as Mixed Kabob, Beef Shawarma, salads, wings, falafel, pita wraps, shawarma fries, and bowls with customizable bases and toppings.
In addition to the upcoming Redlands location, Fufu’s Mideast Grill already operates one at the Riverside Food Lab, another food hall concept in the IE. That restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., the business’s website states.
The owners of Fufu’s were not available for comment before publication.
