Craft brewery Hangar 24 is coming to shake up Riverside’s beer scene with a new taproom at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr. Unit 58. According to Press-Enterprise, the brand will be taking over the old Romano’s Canyon Crest space.

Director of Operations Brandon Montilione told What Now OC that the Hangar 24 Craft Brewing team is finishing up demo work and starting construction in March. He expects the taproom to open in June or July.

“Hangar 24 is an immersive experience where aviation meets exceptional craft beverages and elevated fast-casual cuisine. We distinguish ourselves through aeronautical-themed ambiance and live entertainment,” he explained. “We will have a huge stage, an inside lounge area, and a huge patio. We will have all our Hangar 24 beers on draft including guest taps, a full bar, and a full kitchen with rotating seasonal specials.”

The taproom will feature a menu akin to its Irvine counterpart, offering elevated bar food, from burgers to loaded fries. The beer is brewed at its Redlands location. There is also a Lake Havasu City, Arizona outpost.
