The Laguna Niguel location will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant offers seating for 43 diners indoors and 42 diners on the patio.

The Laguna Niguel opening coincides with Sweetgreen’s limited-time KBBQ menu. Created in partnership with COTE Korean Steakhouse, the menu debuts KBBQ-glazed steak in new bowl and plate options.
The collaboration also features a salad complete with spicy, Korean-inspired flavors. Sweetgreen’s full menu also includes favorites like the Harvest Bowl and the Crispy Rice Bowl. Protein-packed options are the Caramelized Garlic Steak and Miso Glazed Salmon protein plates. The menu focuses on made-from-scratch food sourced thoughtfully.
