Happy Lamb Hot Pot’s upcoming establishment at 16310 Beach Blvd in Westminster has received approval, county records show. The company is growing in California and the OC city is the next stop for the chain.

The project, categorized in records as “a new construction for a restaurant between 6,000 and 29,999 square feet”, gained authorization to proceed with construction after a series of plan revisions.

Happy Lamb is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Many of the chain’s locations offer an all-you-can-eat menu. It specializes in Northern-style Chinese hot pot, with an array of thinly sliced meats, seafood, and veggies, and broth that is left to simmer for eight hours.

The business is a global sensation with over 100 locations across 11 countries. It originally started in 1999 as Little Sheep, was acquired by Yum! Brands, then was rebranded as Happy Lamb by the founder after more changes.
