I Can Barbecue Brings Korean BBQ to Fountain Valley

Fountain Valley is set to welcome I Can Barbecue, a highly anticipated Korean barbecue restaurant. The eatery, which has several OC locations already operating, will open at 18315 Brookhurst St., according to liquor licensing data.

I Can Barbecue specializes in all-you-can-eat options for both lunch and dinner, making it an ideal destination for food lovers. The restaurant features a diverse menu that includes premium cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, prepared fresh daily. 

Guests can grill their meats right at their tables using the built-in gas grills, and the restaurant uses robotic servers, making for an interactive dining experience. Lunch prices start at $29.99 per person, while dinner is offered at $38.99. 

The Fountain Valley location is part of I Can Barbecue’s expansion, with existing branches in Tustin, Irvine, and Santa Ana. Those eateries are open from 11 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and 11 AM to midnight on weekends.
