The old El Torito that served the Outlets at Orange for over three decades has been demolished, and a new tenant is taking over. In-N-Out Burger will be the latest eatery to enter the plaza, at the 3520 The City Way E address.

Plans for this project have been in the works for a while, according to the Orange County Register. The 11,463-square-foot El Torito building was torn down, and workers are now building a 3,885-square-foot eatery.

The new In-N-Out will have double drive-thru lanes that accommodate up to 30 cars, as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Construction can take around ten months, the OCR reports.

In-N-Out has nearly 400 restaurants in seven states and counting. California, the brand’s home state, hosts almost 70% of the company’s locations. In-N-Out headquarters is in Orange County, in Irvine.
