Kei Concepts is gearing up to introduce another of its culinary ventures, Eater reports – SEA Dim Sum & Seafood. While there is no address available yet, the establishment is set to grace Southern California with an exceptional blend of cuisine.

While not many details regarding the concept are public yet, the company’s website explains the eatery as a Sino-Vietnamese mix that “will offer an exquisite selection of Dim Sum and seafood, set in an ambiance that’s both classical and sophisticated, bridging nostalgic flavors with modern dining.”

Dim Sum is a traditional Chinese dining style involving a variety of small, flavorful dishes, often steamed or fried. It’s typically served with tea. SEA Dim Sum & Seafood will bring this experience with crafted dumplings, buns, rolls, and other bite-sized delicacies.

Anticipated to make its debut in 2024, SEA is one of three new ventures that Kei Concepts is working on rolling out. The others, Kei Coffee House and Sugarcane Press, are also expected sometime this year.

Kei Concepts is a hospitality group that focuses on pan-Asian food. Its first restaurant, Sup Noodle Bar, opened in 2014, and the company has since expanded its roster with   The Vox Kitchen, Gem Dining, Nếp Cafe, ROL Hand Roll Bar, KIN Izakaya, and INI Ristorante.
