According to records from the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division, the Sprouts Farmers Market in Lake Forest is the latest location targeted for a new Klatch Cafe. The grocery store at 24332 Rockfield Blvd. has made the list, the brand has confirmed to What Now OC.

Klatch Coffee and Sprouts announced a collaboration in 2024, and we have covered several of the rollouts over the last 18 months. Right now, the brand is focusing on the LA area, and then phase two will start this summer and include the Orange County area. The Lake Forest cafe is anticipated to debut in early June.

“Each of these new locations is part of Klatch Coffee’s ongoing partnership with Sprouts Farmers Market, which puts new buildouts of Klatch Coffee cafes inside existing Sprouts locations across SoCal,” said Marketing Manager Justin Christopher. “We’ll be opening a new location approximately every 2 weeks between now and the summer.

In Lake Forest, plans for a new construction of approximately 340 square feet were filed last month, but have been marked “unable to approve” this week. This means the company must submit revisions to be reviewed before moving forward.

A family-run, Southern California-based coffee company, Klatch Coffee was founded in 1993. Its accolades include winning Micro Roaster of the Year, Golden Bean Overall Champion, and World’s Best Espresso titles, the website shows.
