Renowned SoCal Chef Debbie Lee has been announced as the first culinary partner at OCVIBE! ( 2610 E Katella Ave). The highly respected cook is bringing two eateries to the venue, one of which is named Pado, according to the LA Times.

As one of the inaugural eateries at OCVIBE’s 50,000‑square‑foot market hall, Pado will offer Korean flavors reimagined through a Californian lens. The menu is slated to include crudo, sashimi, and coastal small plates — dishes that reflect both Lee’s heritage and the abundance of fresh local produce and seafood available.

Lee brings decades of culinary experience and a long‑standing commitment to blending cuisines. Raised on Northern Korean traditions and influenced by Southern‑American soul‑food sensibilities, she has recognition through years of kitchen work, and launching a Korean street‑food kiosk, serving as a finalist on “The Next Food Network Star”, and writing her own cookbook.

OCVIBE! is one of the largest mixed-use projects OC has seen recently, its website states. Spanning 100 acres, the project is building a “downtown for OC” with parks, plazas, residences, offices, entertainment venues, and a 50,000‑square‑foot Market Hall that will host 20 other chef-driven concepts, bars, and lounges.
