La Guapa Taqueria Bar, a Mexican-inspired restaurant and bar, is getting ready to open in La Habra at 1351 S Beach Boulevard, Suite H.

The new restaurant will replace the now-closed Ricardo’s El Ranchito in the Beach Commerce Center, according to a liquor license application. Owner Minami Chun tells What Now Orange County that while they don’t have an exact opening date, they are aiming to welcome customers in July 2026. The new concept will sit between a State Farm location and Yedang Korean Restaurant.

La Guapa Taqueria Bar is expected to serve a variety of Mexican food and beverages, offering casual dining for the local community. Details on menu items, drink offerings, and service style have not yet been released.

Chun has been preparing the space to accommodate the new concept, including updates to the former restaurant layout, though specific interior or design features have not been disclosed. The location is part of the Beach Commerce Center, a commercial hub with a mix of retail and dining options serving La Habra and nearby areas.

While additional information on hours, menu, or special events is not available, customers can anticipate a local destination for Mexican cuisine and drinks when the restaurant opens later this summer.

The Beach Commerce Center location will provide convenient access to the surrounding community, with ample parking and visibility along Beach Boulevard. La Guapa Taqueria Bar is expected to become part of the growing dining scene in La Habra, complementing nearby eateries and casual dining destinations.
