The 39405 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd. property recently reopened after renovations, and is rolling out its new on-site bar and restaurants as the months go by. It is under new ownership and management by Olympus Real Estate Group and Remington Hospitality
The facility was established 100 years ago, then changed to many different concepts over the years. The name Guenther’s Lounge pays homage to the rich history of the property, which was first run by the Guenther family.
While details on offerings at the establishment are limited, it has been announced that chef Matt Steffen will be in charge of the menus at the property’s restaurants. Diners can expect meals that showcase the vibrant flavors of Southern California’s local farms.
