Owner Andrew Yun has just signed a lease to bring Nabi Grill House to 3030 Harbor Blvd Suite H3 in Costa Mesa.
While Yun was unable to comment in more detail about the new concept at this time, as Nabi Grill House is still a long way from opening, we can report the restaurant will feature Korean cuisine.
To acquire the nearly 5,000 square foot-space at the Costa Mesa Shopping Square, Yun partnered with real-estate pro Terrison Quinn on the deal. As Managing Principle at SRS Real Estate Partners, Quinn often finds himself at the center of some of the regions most prominent restaurant lease deals.
The space hasn’t had a tenant for approximately the last year.
