LongHorn Steakhouse is moving into Eastvale, with plans for a brand-new 5,780-square-foot restaurant within the Goodman Commerce Center shopping complex. Its address will be 12545 Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road. Construction documents show the project is currently in the bidding phase to select a contractor.
The project has been approved for a Major Development Review by the City of Eastvale Planning Commission, records state. Bids for trade work are due October 31. The development team includes The McIntosh Group as the architect, HP Engineering, and Kimley-Horn Landscaping.
Founded in Atlanta, the Western-themed casual dining chain has a footprint of more than 600 LongHorn locations nationwide. It’s under the Darden Restaurants umbrella, which also includes Olive Garden, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
Goodman Commerce Center is one of Southern California’s largest mixed-use developments, spanning 3.26 million square feet. Longhorn Steakhouse is planned for a site within The Station retail area. Nearby tenants include In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, Costco, 99 Ranch Market, and Olive Garden.
