The Kroft is preparing to open a new location at 8443 Haven Ave. Unit #129 in Rancho Cucamonga, liquor licensing records show. Known for its elevated comfort food, the restaurant’s menu includes wagyu smash burgers, gourmet hot sandwiches, and poutines.
It will be located within the Haven City Food Hall, the Inland Empire’s biggest dining collective with more than 30 eateries. Renovation, equipment installation, and finishes are nearly done, and the company is waiting on its fire and health inspections, Stephen Le, founder, told What Now OC.
A grand opening date has yet to be determined, and the company is still looking to hire about 10 additional staff members. The operating hours for this location, listed on its website, will be 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. There are four other locations across SoCal.
The gastropub offers from-scratch bites including poutines, sandwiches, wagyu smash burgers, and sides. Patrons can also enjoy a curated selection of beer and wine, house-made lemonades, and Stubborn Sodas.
