Nobibi, a family-run franchise with innovative and high-quality ice cream, is set to open a new location in Anaheim Hills. At 5577 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd., this new shop will open in late summer in a 95-square-foot space, the owner tells What Now OC.
Simon Le, the franchisee behind this new venture, has a rich background in the sweets business, having grown up with his own family-owned bakery. He then owned a construction company, but decided to invest in Nobibi after trying out the Chino Hills flagship.
“It always feels good to bring new products and share them with customers and the local residents to experience,” Le said.
His business On Point Investment with uncle Augusto Bautista aims to expand Nobibi’s presence far and wide — with future locations planned for Westwood, Las Vegas, and Southeast Asia, starting with the Philippines.
Nobibi’s origin story started as the founder Shirley’s home kitchen project. Her dream of handcrafted frozen treats made from fresh fruit and delicious ice cream has become a reality, with quick growth in recent years.
