Nothing Bundt Cakes is preparing to open a new bakery in the Inland Empire, expanding its footprint with a location at the Shops of Jurupa Valley. According to the company’s website, an outpost is “coming soon” to 4176 Pyrite St., Building 10, within the retail complex.

The bakery will occupy approximately 1,866 square feet. It is currently in the permitting phase. Once open, the bakery is expected to operate Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, offering the brand’s full lineup of bundt cakes and bundtlets.

This Jurupa Valley store will be owned and operated by Fresh Dining Concepts, one of the largest franchise operators in the country. Founded in 2015, the company holds ownership stakes across multiple well-known brands, including Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Jamba, and Carvel, with more than 300 locations across 22 states and many in development, its website states.

“As Jurupa Valley continues to grow, we’re proud to bring Nothing Bundt Cakes to the area and contribute to that momentum. Our focus is on delivering exceptional products and becoming a valued part of the community,” Donna MacMillan, Director of Operations Support, told What Now OC.

Founded in 1997, Nothing Bundt Cakes began as a home-based baking project in Las Vegas and has since grown into the largest specialty cake company in the United States. Now, more than 600 locations operate in North America. The last few years have seen triple-digit commitments and openings.
