An Oumi Sushi outpost will be opening in Costa Mesa, county records show. The fast-growing brand has an inline sushi bar coming to the retail center at 3030 Harbor Blvd., anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.

With quite the selection of sushi rolls and bowls offered in a convenient manner, the brand is poised to be a favorite for shoppers looking for a quick fix. Oumi Sushi is known for its commitment to fresh, innovative, made-to-order meals.

Plans filed by Oumi Sushi earlier this month with the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division have been marked as “received” by the county. Oumi is an entity of the renowned Hissho Sushi brands.

The chefs hand-make all the food right in front of customers. On Wednesdays, the brand offers deals on select rolls for $5 each. The promotion is very popular and known to offer sell-out early in the day.
