Tustin recently got a taste of the famed seafood restaurant chain Pacific Catch back in early August. It doesn’t stop there for Pacific Catch. It has its eyes set on two new locations set to come to Orange County in late 2024 according to a write-up by LA Times in its Daily Pilot.

The first Orange County outpost opened in May and is now considered a happy-hour spot where it resides in Tustin.

According to the Pacific Catch website, The Bay Area-based seafood joint was founded by Keith Cox and Aaron Noveshen in 2003. Cox and Noveshen are both keen on their love of the cuisines and cultures of the Pacific, and traveling. With that passion, the two co-owners brought their experiences together and created the casual, contemporary restaurant Pacific Catch.

The menu at Pacific Catch follows a theme. On its website, the menu showcases a variety of cuisines, from Japanese to Mexican. From a fish and chip, sharable and taco menu, to the sushi and burgers, the offerings present a specific diversity.

Pacific Catch has a full cocktail and margarita list, alcoholic seltzers, wines, ciders, hard kombuchas, and a tap list of beers. Along with a special menu for alcoholic beverages, the restaurant puts forward a lengthy list of N/A drinks, including mocktails, iced teas, as well as non-alcoholic beers.

The joint is known for its sustainable approach to seafood, straying from farmed fish and sticking to wild-caught. Pacific Catch’s website states, “We believe wild caught and responsibly raised seafood fits beautifully on the same menu, as one ensures the life of the other.”

When contacted by What Now Orange County co-founder Aaron Noveshen stated he was unable to comment on the two new locations.
